Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-orientated senior graphic designer to lead our visual design projects and elevate our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual thinking, expert design skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality creatives across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and ensure all visual communication aligns with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and deliver compelling designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, print material, and branding projects.

• Lead end-to-end design processes—from brainstorming and storyboarding to final execution.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and leadership teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual communication.

• Review, guide, and mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality output.

• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.

• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare design files and assets for production, printing, and web delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and branding.

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
