We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at Brandtorch Private Limited to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Briefing & Client Interaction: Interact directly with clients, account heads, and creative leads to understand project briefs, campaign objectives, and feedback.
Team Management & Art Direction: Mentor, review, and manage junior designers and design interns to ensure consistency, quality, and on-time task delivery.
Creative Execution: Design high-impact social media creatives, ad banners, branding kits, print collateral, and digital marketing assets.
Concept to Output: Translate abstract concepts into structured, high-conversion visual layouts while strictly adhering to brand guidelines, typography, and color theory.
Production & Delivery: Review all final files for production accuracy (print-ready artwork and web-optimized formats) before delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional design experience in an advertising or digital agency setup.
Core Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
Communication & Leadership: Confident verbal communication skills to handle client/head discussions and coordinate day-to-day team workflows.
Portfolio: A verified portfolio demonstrating strong visual aesthetics, typography, social media campaigns, and layout design (mandatory).
Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office in Dahisar West, Mumbai.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
