Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for marketing materials including brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, presentations, and advertisements.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

• Create engaging digital content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.

• Design project branding elements such as logos, project identities, and promotional graphics.

• Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets while maintaining consistency across all platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools relevant to the real estate sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in the real estate industry preferred).

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and Canva.

• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Good understanding of print and digital media requirements.
