About the Role

You will design high-performing thumbnail templates and reel designs for a network of 100+ fan pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 4–6 thumbnail variations per clip

• Develop reel/title templates

• Maintain consistent branding across all pages

• A/B test different color/typography layouts

• Refresh template packs monthly

• Work closely with editors to optimize click-through rate

• Maintain a digital library of templates

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva

• Thumbnail psychology — faces, contrast, emotion

• Understanding of YouTube CTR behaviour

• Clean, modern design aesthetic

• Ability to work fast & handle high output
