Job Title: Graphic Designer – Product-Based Company

Location: Cherlapally

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Creative Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and branding teams to develop visually engaging content across digital and print media. This role is key in building product visibility, brand identity, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creatives for product branding, packaging, presentations, digital campaigns, website, and mobile UI assets

Create visually appealing infographics, banners, social media posts, emailers, and brochures

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to conceptualize visual assets for launches and campaigns

Edit promotional and explainer videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Design animations for ads, intros, reels, and UI interactions

Maintain design consistency across all company platforms and products

Participate in creative brainstorming and design reviews

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines

Required Skills & Tools:

Graphic Design:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Figma / Adobe XD (preferred for UI/UX)

Canva (for quick-turn creatives)

Video Editing:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Filmora / CapCut (basic reel edits)

Adobe Audition (bonus)

Other Skills:

Strong layout, typography, and branding knowledge

Image optimization and file formatting

Experience working with product UI, ecommerce, or packaging is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field

Portfolio showcasing product and video design work

Understanding of product-based visual communication strategy

Experience with product photoshoots or motion graphics is a plus.

Work directly with innovative product teams

Contribute to the brand identity of a growing product company

Creative freedom and team collaboration

Exposure to full-stack digital branding and product launches
