Role: Design Specialist
CTC: Maximum Cost to the company (CTC) Maximum Rs 4.8 Lac per Annum (LPA) and maximum monthly CTC of Rs 40 KPM provided fulfil the key skills and responsibilities criteria

Experience Range: Minimum three years preferably in a marketing agency
Educational Qualification: Degree/diploma/certificate course in Visual Design
Key Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Canva, CorelDraw, etc.).
• Proficiency in editing video reels using Premium Pro Software
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing & content creation.
• Strong sense of creativity, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in event-related marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, handling client communication
• Ability to Plan ,organise and execute by meeting deadlines
• A good portfolio of work over a wide range of projects
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and develop creative themes for events and marketing campaigns.
• Design posters, banners, brochures, and other marketing collaterals (print + digital).
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
