Job Description
• Developing Concepts, designs, develops, and executes multimedia marketing and image campaigns to effectively create, extend, and communications, improve public awareness and promote programs both internally and externally.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Create creative designs for Print, Brochure, Logo, social media, Event or any design related work for the company.
• Video editing & Motion Graphics
• Conceptualizes, designs, and executes print & related advertising and marketing collateral campaigns in appropriate formats and media from idea to completion for effective promotion of corporate image and programmatic initiatives
• Conceptualizes, strategizes, and develops corporate branding, rollout, and defines standards and specifications for agency wide usage
• Collaborates with team to develop creative strategy, designs, and execute layouts to extend branding and programmatic marketing to an interactive audience.
• Serves as a mentor to junior creative team members to ensure effective and seamless migration of brand to all internal and external audiences.
• Directs photographers, photo shoots, and other specialized vendors, and meets with clients to understand and make recommendations on project parameters, goals, and tactics.
