Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can translate project requirements into visually appealing flex designs, banners, signboards, and branding creatives. The candidate must also have hands-on experience in operating large-format flex printing machines, managing print quality, and supervising print output.

This is a dual-responsibility role involving both creative designing and on-ground printing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Responsibilities

• Design high-quality flex banners, signboards, safety boards, project boards, directional signs, and branding materials as required for infrastructure and highway projects.

• Create visually appealing layouts for promotional materials, brochures, posters, and internal communication items.

• Understand project briefs and collaborate with project managers to create accurate and compliant designs.

• Ensure all designs follow company brand guidelines, accuracy in measurements, colour formats, and print-ready standards.

• Maintain a library of design assets, templates, logos, and project-specific materials.

• Make necessary revisions based on feedback from management and clients.

Flex Printing & Production Responsibilities

• Operate and manage large-format flex printing machines (Eco-solvent, Solvent, or equivalent).

• Prepare and set up print media, ink levels, print quality settings, and colour calibrations.

• Perform daily machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting for consistent performance.

• Oversee the full print production cycle—from design output to finished prints.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure prints meet required clarity, size, and colour accuracy.

• Coordinate lamination, cutting, mounting, and final finishing of printed materials.

• Maintain inventory of print materials such as flex rolls, ink, and printing accessories.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design AND flex printing operations.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • CorelDRAW (mandatory for flex design)

  • Illustrator (optional but preferred)

• Hands-on experience with flex printing machines, RIP software, and print-ready workflows.

• Good understanding of print media types, colour profiles, resolution standards, and print formats.

• Ability to handle machine issues, basic servicing, and troubleshooting.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of measurements, scaling, and layout accuracy.

• Ability to manage files, assets, and print documentation efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing signboards and safety boards for road, infrastructure, and construction projects.

• Knowledge of NHAI-compliant board design formats (advantage).

• Ability to operate cutting machines, laminators, or other post-production tools.

• Experience working in a fast-paced operations environment.
