Hello Team,
We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer / AI Visual Content Specialist who has strong graphic design skills and is experienced in using AI tools to create high-quality images, videos, marketing creatives, and other visual content.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Create high-quality images, graphics, and videos using AI tools for marketing, e-commerce, social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form videos, product videos, promotional videos, reels, and social media content using AI and video-editing tools.
• Understand product details and convert them into visually appealing marketing concepts and creative content.
• Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing team to understand requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.
• Keep up to date with the latest AI image-generation, AI video-generation, graphic design, and creative automation tools.
• Be able to research, experiment, and learn new AI tools independently as the technology continues to evolve.
*Required Skills & Experience*
• Strong knowledge of Graphic Design principles, including composition, typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Practical experience with AI image and video generation tools.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Experience creating social media creatives, advertisements, promotional banners, product graphics, and marketing materials.
• Experience in e-commerce creative design will be highly preferred.
• Understanding of Amazon product images, A+ Content, Brand Store creatives, and e-commerce marketing graphics will be an advantage.
• Ability to create professional content from a simple brief or product description.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand what makes an image or video visually attractive, commercially effective, and suitable for the target audience.
• Ability to use AI tools creatively rather than relying only on basic templates or pre-existing designs.
*Communication Requirements*
• Good Command of English: The candidate must be able to speak and write English fluently.
• Good Communication Skills: The candidate should be able to clearly understand instructions, discuss creative requirements, ask relevant questions, and communicate progress professionally.
*Additional Requirements*
• Own Laptop Required: The candidate must have their own suitable laptop capable of handling graphic design, video editing, and AI-based creative tools.
*Salary*
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, portfolio, and overall suitability for the role.
*Office Timings*
10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
