Job Title: Graphic Designer & Printing Machine Operator

Location: Kalkaji
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer and Printing Machine Operator. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design and be capable of operating and maintaining various printing machines. This dual role involves creating print-ready designs and ensuring high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design logos, brochures, banners, flyers, business cards, packaging, and other marketing materials.

• Create print-ready artwork using software such as Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

• Manage file formats and prepare digital files for printing.

Printing Machine Operation:

• Operate digital and offset printing machines (e.g., Konica Minolta, Xerox, Heidelberg, etc.).

• Calibrate and maintain printers to ensure consistent print quality.

• Monitor production runs and make necessary adjustments to minimize waste.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues with printing equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required).

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or CorelDRAW.

• Hands-on experience operating printing machinery.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of color theory, layout design, and typography.

• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods during machine operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a printing press or similar environment.
