About the Role
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer who can blend traditional design skills with modern AI-based design tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite along with AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities -:
Create visually appealing graphics for digital, print, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns. Use AI tools to generate concepts, drafts, and creative variations to speed up design workflows. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality creatives. Design logos, banners, social media posts, brochures, product mockups, and corporate materials. Refine AI-generated designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software. Maintain brand consistency and ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines. Stay updated on emerging AI design trends and propose innovative ideas. Required Skills &
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design -:
Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred). 1–4 years of design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW (any). Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, etc.). Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and branding. Ability to convert AI-generated drafts into polished, professional designs. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Roles Responsibilities & Duties
Overall Purpose 	Build, maintain, and scale AdWise Solutions & their Brands and even thier Clients brand identity across digital, print, and product touch points. Ensure strong visual design, brand consistency, brand book development, product packaging design, and creative support for digital platforms.
Brand Identity & Visual Language 	 	Develop, maintain, and evolve the brand identity system.
	 Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, presentations, proposals, packaging, and marketing collaterals. Standardize logo usage, color palettes, typography, iconography, grid systems, and visual styles. Act as brand custodian and approve all visual communications.
Brand Book / Brand Guidelines 	Create and maintain a comprehensive Brand Book. Document brand philosophy, tone of voice, logo guidelines, color systems, typography, imagery, and usage applications. Update brand guidelines as services and markets expand. Train internal teams and external vendors on correct brand usage.
Product Packaging Design & Labeling 	Design product packaging, labels, and inserts for domestic and export markets. Ensure compliance with branding standards, market norms, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors. Develop mockups, dielines, and packaging prototypes.
Creative Design Execution 	Design creatives for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials. Convert consulting and business concepts into clear and impactful visual communication. Maintain premium, professional, and consistent design quality.
Digital Media Design Support Create 	creatives for organic and paid digital campaigns.
Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.Support performance marketing initiatives with high-quality design assets.
Vendor & Production Coordination
Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
Conduct quality checks 	on deliverables and manage production timelines.
Maintain well-organized creative and brand asset libraries.
Design & Packaging Trends 	Stay updated with global branding and packaging trends.
Research sustainability practices and export-market packaging standards. Benchmark brand visuals against leading global consulting and manufacturing brands
