We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Legal Document Editor who has strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, PDF editing, and data entry. The candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, formatting, and updating legal documents such as GPA (General Power of Attorney), Affidavits, Rent Agreements, Sale Deeds, Undertakings, and other legal paperwork with high accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and format legal documents including GPA, Affidavits, Rent Agreements, Agreements, and other legal drafts.
Work extensively on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and PDF editing software.
Perform data entry and document preparation with high accuracy.
Modify, update, and design document layouts as per client requirements.
Scan, convert, merge, and edit PDF files.
Maintain document records and ensure error-free documentation.
Handle typing work in English and Hindi (preferred).
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW.
Advanced PDF editing skills.
Excellent data entry and typing speed.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of legal documentation will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification
Graduate/12th Pass with relevant experience.
Diploma or certification in Graphic Designing preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in legal document editing and formatting.
Familiarity with notary, property, and legal documentation processes.
Good computer and file management skills.
