Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Content Creation & Graphic Designing

• Create visually appealing and high-quality content tailored to various social media

platforms.

• Develop creatives, posters, reels, stories, and promotional materials.

• Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator), PhotoLab, Pixlr and other AI poster-making tools for content development.

• Write compelling captions, headlines, and short-form content.

Social Media Management

• Manage and monitor company social media pages across platforms (Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

• Respond to comments, messages, and queries to ensure online community engagement.

AI Tools & Digital Innovation

• Use AI tools for content designing, image enhancement, post creation, video editing,

and automation.

• Stay updated with the latest AI-based marketing trends and apply them creatively in

campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management and marketing.

• Strong expertise in graphic designing and content creation.

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, PhotoLab, and poster-making tools.

• Ability to use AI tools for designing, content generation, and workflow automation.

• Good understanding of social media insights, trends, and algorithm updates.

• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

• Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of video editing tools (optional but added advantage).

• Strong sense of branding and visual aesthetics.
