This role involves designing and printing custom artwork on T-shirts and directly interacting with customers to understand and deliver their design needs. Key Responsibilities: Design custom artwork for T-shirts based on customer requirements. Operate T-shirt printing equipment and ensure high-quality prints. Interact with customers to understand their design preferences and provide creative solutions. Assist customers in selecting the right products and customization options. Maintain and organize design files and printing materials. Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain customer satisfaction.
