Job Title: DTP Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled DTP Operator with strong expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). The candidate should excel in drafting documents, managing data, and preparing professional business communication with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, format, and finalize documents, reports, and presentations.
Prepare quotations, manage and update price lists.
Draft and proofread professional emails and letters.
Create and maintain data-driven reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting in all documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong command over MS Office and Google Suite.
Proficiency in drafting documents, quotations, and business correspondence.
Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
2–4 years of experience in documentation/DTP roles preferred.
