Job Title: DTP (Desktop Publishing) Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled DTP Designer to create high-quality layouts, graphics, and print-ready files. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, good attention to detail, and proficiency in publishing software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format brochures, flyers, magazines, catalogs, reports, and other print materials.

• Create clean layouts, typography, and visual graphics for print and digital use.

• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct bleed, resolution, and color settings.

• Work with the marketing/content team to understand project requirements.

• Edit images, illustrations, and graphics as needed.

• Follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across materials.

• Review proofs, correct errors, and ensure final output quality.

• Coordinate with printers and vendors when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DTP Designer / Graphic Designer.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW .

• Strong understanding of layouting, typography, and color theory.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of printing standards and processes is a plus.

Education

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or equivalent (preferred).

• Candidates with strong portfolios may also be considered.
