Design Engineer

We are looking for a Design engineer to join our team Countryman Manufacturing Pvt Ltd. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop 2D drawings and 3D models for fabrication using CAD software

2. Interpret customer specifications, technical drawings, and industry standards.

3. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), fabrication drawings, and technical documentation.

4. Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams for design feasibility.

5. Select appropriate materials and fabrication processes (e.g., cutting, welding, bending).

6. Conduct basic engineering calculations and tolerance analysis for design validation.

7. Ensure compliance with relevant standards

8. Support prototype development and design improvements based on feedback.

9. Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during manufacturing.

10. Identify opportunities for design optimization and cost reduction.

11. Maintain revision control and documentation accuracy.

12. Interact with clients for technical clarifications and design approvals (if required).

13. Stay updated with latest design tools, fabrication methods, and industry trends.
