Job Title Creative Designer & Video Editor Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Gurugram Company: Sparsa Digital Pvt. Ltd. About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who can create engaging visual content across digital screens, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic design, basic video editing, and motion graphics. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design ● Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, standees, presentations, social media creatives, banners, and digital advertisements. ● Create visual content for digital signage, interactive displays, kiosks, and retail solutions. ● Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets. Video Editing ● Edit promotional videos, product videos, testimonials, corporate videos, and social media reels. ● Add transitions, text animations, music, sound effects, and subtitles. ● Optimize videos for different platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and websites. Motion Graphics ● Create basic 2D motion graphics and animated content. ● Animate logos, icons, infographics, product features, and UI elements. ● Develop engaging content for digital displays and LED screens. Creative Support ● Assist in concept development and storyboarding. ● Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements. ● Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Required Skills ● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop ● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator ● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro ● Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects ● Understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and design principles. ● Knowledge of social media content formats and video dimensions. ● Ability to create clean, professional, and visually appealing designs. Good to Have ● Experience with AI-based creative tools. ● Basic photography/videography understanding. ● Experience creating content for digital signage, retail displays, or corporate marketing. ● Familiarity with Figma or Canva. Qualification ● Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field. ● Relevant portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics work.
