Creative Designer

Roles & Responsibility•

• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva for designing creative and professional communication materials.

• Responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative ideas for social media creatives and campaigns.

• Design and deliver brochures, reports, pamphlets, banners, flyers, certificates, and other communication materials using advanced design tools and open-source platforms.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs as per client and organizational requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver project-specific design requirements.

• Create and manage monthly promotional and marketing creatives.

• Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely assignment deliveries.

• Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Video Production & Editing Responsibilities (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Proficient in creating educational and promotional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Quickly understand video requirements and actively contribute to brainstorming, editing, rendering, and timely delivery of video outputs.

• Skilled in working with Chroma Key (Green Screen) techniques for professional video production.

• Proficient in audio editing, including noise cancellation and sound enhancement.

• Actively participate in video shoots and provide on-ground support during the production process.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality video content aligned with project and client requirements.

Qualification and Minimum Experience:

▪️Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphics Designs or a related field

▪️Freelancers with 1.5+ years of experience in similar domain

▪️1.5 + years of experience in the graphics design vertical

Skills Required:

▪️Proficient After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Canva

▪️Strong skills in colour selection and branding

▪️Variedly creative with ideas and presentation
