Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Creative Head to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multiple design domains and the ability to deliver innovative, high-quality creative solutions that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, visualizers, and content creators
Develop and execute creative strategies for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
Oversee all design projects from concept to completion
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all channels
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create impactful campaigns
Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas
Mentor and guide team members to enhance creativity and performance

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Creative Head, Art Director, or similar senior role
Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple design areas (graphic design, UI/UX, branding, advertising, etc.)
Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong understanding of both digital and print media
