Job Description

The Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs for a variety of media, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic appeal across all platforms.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Production:Develop and create original design concepts, graphics, and layouts for diverse projects.Design assets for digital media (websites, social media, ads, email, presentations) and print media (brochures, packaging, merchandise, direct mail).Determine the ideal usage of color, typography, imagery, and layout to communicate a specific message.Conceptualization and Strategy:Translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into cohesive, visually appealing design concepts.Research current design trends and technology to ensure innovative and effective work.Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity standards.Collaboration and Feedback:Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and copywriter teams to ensure designs meet project requirements.Present design concepts and rationale to clients or stakeholders.Receive and implement constructive feedback to revise and finalize designs.Project Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.Prepare final design files for print or digital production.
