We are seeking a Creative Designer with expertise in AI-powered video creation and editing tools to design engaging content for students and diverse audiences. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, editing, and publishing videos across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, technical skills, and storytelling ability to enhance AUROVISGLOBAL’s digital presence and brand impact.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Design

  • Develop creative video concepts tailored for students and professional audiences.

  • Use AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to design and edit videos.

  • Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and motion designs.

• Video Editing & Production

  • Edit raw footage, add effects, transitions, and background music.

  • Ensure videos are optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, Facebook).

  • Maintain brand consistency in all visual content.

• Content Strategy & Posting

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaigns.

  • Schedule and post content across social media platforms.

  • Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

• Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated with the latest AI design tools, video trends, and social media algorithms.

  • Experiment with new formats (shorts, reels, explainer videos, interactive content).

📚 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Communication, or related field.

• Proven experience in video editing, content creation, and social media management.

• Hands-on knowledge of AI-based video tools and traditional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).

• Strong creativity, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
