We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (2D) — Awards & Trophy Design
Talisman Awards | Mumbai (Charni Road) | Full-time / Internship (as applicable)

At Talisman Awards, design doesn’t end on a screen.

We design objects—trophies, medals, and recognition pieces—that get held, photographed, and remembered.

We’re looking for a designer who can create designs, logos, artwork, and has a strong eye for aesthetics—someone motivated by the satisfaction of seeing an idea turn into a finished product.

Responsibilities:
Concept development for trophies, awards & recognitions
Translating ideas into physical, manufacturable designs
Working closely with Sales team, production teams, artisans & materials
Exploring form, weight, finish, texture & detailing
Supporting the design team with content, references, and visual inputs
Being part of every client brief that comes to Talisman — from first idea to final execution.
Assisting with client presentations and custom award concepts

Learning how real-world design works with real deadlines.

Who should apply:

Strong design sense (composition, proportion, aesthetics, detailing)
Students from design schools (Product / Industrial / Visual / Communication / Spatial)
Strong curiosity for materials, objects and craftsmanship
Comfortable ideating, sketching, prototyping or visualising
Willing to learn beyond software and screens
Have a knowledge of Coreldraw, CAD, Photoshop, DTP.
