1- E-commerce Listing Management – Handle and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and JioMart.
2- Sales Calls & Follow-ups – Respond to sales enquiries and conduct timely follow-ups generated through IndiaMART and other sales channels.
3- Daily Order Management – Generate and manage shipping/dispatch labels for daily orders.
4- Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, update inventory, and coordinate replenishment as required.
5- Reporting & MIS – Prepare regular sales, inventory, order, and performance reports.
6- Image Optimization – Optimize product images for e-commerce platforms, including resizing, editing, and improving presentation.
7- Social Media Activities – Manage and support social media-related activities, including product posts, updates, and basic content coordination.
8- Maintaining Accounts and Transactions records
