The role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide solutions to clients including contractors, builders, consultants, and government projects.

• Promote and sell building materials like: [Construction chemicals, Waterproofing products, Admixtures, Repair and rehabilitation products]

• Identify new business opportunities in construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure)

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants

• Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to clients

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
