3D Modeling Designer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to conceptualize, design, and visualize stage setups, event experiences, and exhibition stalls. You will work closely with the production and sales team to bring ideas to life, aligning with brand guidelines and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design innovative and functional 3D layouts for corporate events, wedding setups, experiential zones, and exhibition stalls.
Understand client briefs and translate them into visually appealing design solutions.
Develop stage designs, venue layouts, entrance archways, kiosks, and branding elements in 3D.
Collaborate with the production, fabrication, and client servicing teams to ensure design feasibility.
Prepare and deliver high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and mockups using industrystandard software.
Maintain consistency in designs while adapting to different event themes and brand guidelines.
Create mood boards and visual themes for presentations and pitches.

Requirements:
Proficiency in 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in event setups, stage design, and exhibition stall design.
Good understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and on-ground execution constraints.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Event Design, or a related field.
Prior experience in event agencies or exhibition design firms preferred.
