3D Modeling Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Modeling & Visualization Designer with experience in architectural and interior design. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating high-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations for commercial kitchens, cafés, restaurants, and other hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models for interior and exterior architectural projects.

• Develop realistic 3D visualizations and renderings using proper lighting, textures, and materials.

• Design and visualize commercial kitchens, cafés, restaurants, and hospitality spaces.

• Prepare presentation-quality images for client approvals and project proposals.

• Apply advanced lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques for realistic outputs.

• Edit and enhance renderings using Adobe Photoshop.

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand project requirements.

• Modify designs based on client feedback and project changes.

• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications and industry standards.

• Maintain organized project files and meet assigned deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of 3D Modeling and Architectural Visualization.

• Experience in Interior & Exterior Design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

• Expertise in Lighting, Texturing, Materials, and Rendering.

• Experience designing Commercial Kitchens, Cafés, Restaurants, or Hospitality Projects.

• Good understanding of architectural drawings and interior design concepts.

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Software:

• SketchUp

• 3ds Max

• V-Ray / Corona Renderer

• AutoCAD

• Adobe Photoshop

• Lumion / Enscape (Preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in architectural/interior 3D visualization.

• Portfolio showcasing interior, exterior, and commercial hospitality projects is mandatory.

• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
