Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Artist / Visualizer to join our design team for a 6-month term. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, spatial layouts, stage concepts, and environment renders for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, and thematic setups.

This is an ideal part-time role (3 days a week) for students, freshers, or junior artists looking to apply their technical skills in event design and spatial visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Design realistic 3D assets, stage setups, entrance gates, photobooths, and spatial event layouts using standard 3D software.

• Lighting & Texturing: Apply accurate textures, realistic lighting, shadows, and materials using specialized rendering engines to bring 2D mood boards into immersive 3D renders.

• Conceptual Layouts: Translate client briefs and 2D floor plans into scale-accurate 3D visualizations.

• Revisions & Iterations: Make rapid updates to models and renders based on feedback from the event production team or clients.

• Post-Production: Enhance final renders using image editing software to ensure polished presentations for client pitching.

Required Technical Skills & Tools

• Core 3D Software:

• Blender: Proficiency in 3D modeling, UV unwrapping, and scene creation.

• 3ds Max: Experience in hard-surface modeling, architectural/event spatial design, and environment setup.

• Autodesk Maya: Knowledge of 3D modeling, asset creation, and spatial layout workflow.

• Rendering Engine:

• V-Ray: Strong understanding of V-Ray lighting setups, material/texture creation, camera settings, and final high-resolution render settings.

• Post-Processing & Graphic Tools:

• Adobe Photoshop: Basic to intermediate skills for texture editing, touch-ups, and post-render enhancement.

Other Requirements

• Understanding of Scale & Space: Ability to work accurately with spatial proportions, camera angles, and layout constraints.

• Portfolio Required: A portfolio or demo reel showing previous 3D modeling, lighting, and rendering work in Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or V-Ray (academic or personal projects included).

• Time Management: Capability to complete and deliver quality renders within project timelines on active working days.
