Role:Graphic Designer

Location:Delhi

Type:Freelance


About The Role:

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to create engaging designs for social media, packaging, branding, and marketing collaterals. You will work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into visuals.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Design social media posts, reels, banners, brochures, packaging & logos

2. Understand brief and create concepts from scratch

3. Maintain brand consistency across all designs

4. Edit and retouch images/videos for final output

5. Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors

6. Stay updated with latest design trends and tools


Technical Skills:

- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (basic)

- Tools: Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW

- Typography, Color Theory, Layout & Composition

- Image editing, retouching & background removal

- Knowledge of print vs digital formats (300 DPI, CMYK/RGB, bleed)

- Basic video editing / motion graphics is a plus

- AI tools: Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI


Soft Skills:

- Creativity & Visual Storytelling

- Attention to Detail

- Time Management & Meeting Deadlines

- Communication & Receiving Feedback

- Team Collaboration

- Adaptability


Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design / Fine Arts / Visual Communication OR strong portfolio

- 1-3 years experience (for junior-mid level)

- Portfolio is mandatory
