We are looking for a 3D Generalist who enjoys creating clean, high-quality still renders, especially product-style visuals. This role is ideal for someone who wants to master lighting, texturing, and photorealistic rendering while working on real-world brand projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create high-quality 3D still renders (product + studio lighting setups)
2. Work on lighting, shading, and texturing in Blender
3. Build clean, realistic compositions for commercial use
4. Collaborate with the team to bring concepts to life
5. Use AI tools for concept exploration and workflow enhancement

Must-have skills:
1. Strong fundamentals in Blender, including modeling, lighting, and rendering
2. Good understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory
3. Ability to create clean and realistic renders
4. Strong attention to detail

Good to have:
1. Basic knowledge of geometry nodes or simulations
2. Basic understanding of After Effects
3. Exposure to AI tools such as Midjourney

Requirements:
1. Strong attention to detail, visual quality, and knowledge of geometry nodes and simulations in Blender
2. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
3. Bachelor's degree or diploma in 3D, animation, design, or a related field (preferred)
4. Candidates graduating in 2025 or expected to graduate in 2026 are eligible to apply
5. A strong portfolio showcasing Blender-based 3D modeling and still renders is mandatory
6. PC/Laptop with a minimum of 16 GB RAM
7. Stable internet connection (50 Mbps or higher)
8. Quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
