3D Graphic Designer

A 3D designer in the event industry creates visual representations of event spaces, stage designs, and other event elements using 3D modeling software. They collaborate with event planners and other stakeholders to develop creative and functional designs that meet client needs and project goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design:

  Developing 3D models and visualizations of event setups, including stages, booths, and other event elements, based on client briefs and project requirements. 

• 3D Modeling and Rendering:

  Creating detailed 3D models using software like 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, or similar, and producing high-quality renderings and animations to showcase designs. 

• Collaboration and Communication:

  Working closely with event planners, project managers, and other team members to understand design requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives. 

• Technical Drawings and Specifications:

  Preparing technical drawings and specifications for event production and construction, ensuring accuracy and feasibility of designs. 

• Staying Updated:

  Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in 3D design, event production, and relevant software. 

• Project Management:

  Managing multiple design projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality control throughout the design process. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Blender).

• Strong understanding of event design principles, spatial planning, and production techniques.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is often preferred.

• Experience in event planning or related fields is a plus.
