We are hiring for the following positions:

1️⃣ Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries, admissions, and registration process

• Maintain records, data entry, and documentation

• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages & follow-ups

• Assist in fee collection and daily reporting

• Coordinate with parents and teachers

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office files

Required Skills

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets)

• Organised and responsible

• Ability to handle students & parents politely

Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

Salary

• ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

2️⃣ Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Field marketing & distribution of pamphlets

• Visit nearby schools, coaching centres, shops for promotion

• Conduct surveys and generate student leads

• Organise local campaigns, seminars & parent meetings

• Support digital marketing (basic content posting)

• Achieve monthly enrollment targets

Required Skills

• Strong communication & convincing ability

• Hardworking, confident & positive attitude

• Ability to travel locally

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing (preferred)

Qualification

• 12th pass or Graduate

• Freshers can also apply

Salary

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives

⏰ Working Hours:

10 AM – 7 PM (Flexible)

• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
