3D Animator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced 2D/3D Animation Tutor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both 2D and 3D animation techniques and a deep understanding of industry-standard software. As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, guiding students through practical projects, and fostering a dynamic learning environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and update comprehensive lesson plans covering fundamental to advanced animation concepts.

• Instruction: Deliver interactive lectures and hands-on workshops in 2D and 3D animation.

• Software Training: Teach students to proficiently use animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, Blender, and others.

• Project Guidance: Mentor students through individual and group projects, providing constructive feedback and support.

• Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and exams, ensuring learning objectives are met.

• Industry Insight: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in animation to incorporate into teaching methodologies.

🛠️ Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in animation or related fields. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • 2D Animation Software: Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe After Effects.

  • 3D Animation Software: Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D.

  • Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, creativity, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

📚 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.

• Knowledge of scripting languages like MEL or Python for animation.

• Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

• Certification in relevant animation software.
