Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthrough animations from design concepts, drawings, and sketches.
Create photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations using industry-standard software.
Interpret architectural and interior design drawings accurately for 3D visualization.
Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera settings to achieve high-quality outputs.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
Modify 3D models and renderings based on client or design team feedback.
Prepare presentation visuals, mood boards, and conceptual graphics for client meetings.
Maintain organized project files and adhere to project deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest visualization software, rendering techniques, and design trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (experience requirement may vary).
Proficiency in:
Autodesk 3ds Max
V-Ray or Corona Renderer
SketchUp
AutoCAD
Adobe Photoshop
