Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 2D animations for characters, objects, UI elements, and environments

  • Interpret storyboards, scripts, and creative briefs into polished motion sequences

  • Develop character movements, expressions, and lip-sync animations

  • Collaborate with illustrators and designers to maintain consistent visual style

  • Refine animations based on feedback from directors, clients, or stakeholders

  • Optimize animation files for different platforms (web, mobile, video, games, etc.)

  • Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines

  • Maintain organized project files and follow production pipelines

  • Stay updated with animation trends, tools, and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a 2D Animator (portfolio/demo reel required)

  • Proficiency in animation software such as:

    • Adobe Animate

    • Photoshop

    • Any Audio Edition Software

  • Understanding of storytelling, composition, and visual pacing

  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback quickly

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
