Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and design-driven Interior Designer to lead architectural design development from concept through execution. The role requires strong expertise in 3D visualization, detailed 2D construction documentation, client coordination, and site execution, along with the ability to mentor teams and drive design excellence across projects.

What This Role Involves

Lead and manage multiple architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery, design quality, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
Oversee and prepare detailed 2D working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, façade and construction details) that are execution-ready and compliant with codes and standards.
Develop and review high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings, ensuring alignment with approved designs and clear communication of architectural intent.
Lead client presentations and design discussions, effectively articulating concepts, design rationale, materials, and technical solutions.
Coordinate with clients, consultants (structural, MEP, landscape), contractors, and vendors, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity and project objectives.
Drive material selection, façade systems, specifications, and BOQ inputs, balancing aesthetics, performance, sustainability, and budget.
Conduct site visits and quality inspections, resolve execution and detailing issues, support construction teams with clarifications, and mentor junior architects and sub junior architects while maintaining documentation standards.
Proficiency in architectural and visualization software such as:

· AutoCAD

· SketchUp / Revit (preferred)

· V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
