Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D/3D Designer with experience in event design and event elements creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of spatial design, branding, and visual storytelling to conceptualize and execute event setups, stage designs, booth layouts, props, and digital visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design 2D layouts and 3D mockups for event setups including stages, exhibition booths, branding elements, backdrops, banners, and décor items.
Collaborate with the event planning and production teams to understand event themes, objectives, and client expectations.
Create realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs to help visualize the event space and elements.
Develop mood boards, design presentations, and production-ready files.
Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all event visuals.
Optimize design files for production and liaise with vendors on materials and execution.
Stay updated with the latest trends in event design, materials, and technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a 2D/3D Designer, preferably in the event management or experiential marketing industry.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and 3D tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
Strong portfolio showcasing event and element design work (stage setups, booths, brand activations, etc.).
Understanding of materials, fabrication, and spatial layouts.
Good sense of aesthetics, proportion, and functionality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
Experience working with production and fabrication teams.
Knowledge of AR/VR or motion graphics is a plus.
