Design & Drafting – Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD/CATIA software for mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
Product Development – Support the design and development of mechanical products from concept to final design, ensuring manufacturability and functionality.
Reverse Engineering – Perform reverse engineering of components and assemblies using 3D scanning, measurement tools, and modeling techniques.
Design Modifications – Create and update engineering drawings/models to incorporate design changes, improvements, or customer requirements.
GD&T & Standards – Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and specifications.
Assembly & Simulation – Generate assembly models, perform interference checks, and run basic simulations to validate designs.
Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and R&D for smooth execution of design projects.
Documentation – Prepare and maintain technical documentation, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and drawing release notes.
Innovation & Optimization – Suggest design improvements for cost reduction, performance enhancement, and ease of manufacturing.
Software Proficiency – Demonstrate strong expertise in CAD tools (CATIA V5/V6, AutoCAD, SolidWorks), with additional exposure to CAM/CAE tools as an added advantage.
Only Male Candidates are eligible.
