2D/3D Designer

We are looking for a 2D/3D Designer to join our team at Innventik Global Ventures Llp to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Core 2D Design Skills

• Vector & Raster Illustration: Creating scalable logos, icons, and detailed artwork using tools like Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape.

• Typography & Layout: Arranging text and images to create clear visual hierarchies for branding, UI/UX, or print media.

• Image Retouching & Manipulation: Editing and compositing images using applications like Adobe Photoshop.

  Core 3D Design Skills

  • Modeling & Sculpting: Building digital environments, products, or characters using polygonal modeling (like Blender or Autodesk Maya) or digital sculpting (like ZBrush).

  • Texturing & UV Mapping: Designing and applying realistic or stylized surfaces, colors, and materials onto 3D objects.

  • Lighting & Rendering: Simulating cameras, shadows, and light sources to create photorealistic or stylized final images and animations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Most 2D/3D design roles require a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, or architecture, alongside 2 to 4 years of industry experience. However, entry-level or graphic-focused positions may only require a 12th-grade pass or even below-10th with a strong portfolio and proven tool proficiency.

Depending on your exact field (e.g., architecture, game design, or marketing), job requirements demand proficiency in specific software and technical skills:

• 2D & Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva.

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Blender, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Maya, or 3ds Max.

• Key Hard Skills: UV mapping, texturing, rendering, and the ability to read technical drawings.

• Core Abilities: A strong portfolio showcasing a sense of composition, color theory, and layout. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
