Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Design: Produce clear 2D/3D models, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD software.
Collaboration: Meet with project managers, clients, and engineers to clarify design requirements.
Technical Support: Generate material lists, Bill of Materials (BOM), or production dockets to assist factory and sales teams.
Quality & Compliance: Check drawings for precision and ensure adherence to local building codes, safety rules, and industry standards.
Project Coordination: Update and revise layouts based on field feedback and maintain delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD and understanding of spatial modeling.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy with measurements, dimensions, and annotations.
Communication: Good interpersonal skills to coordinate smoothly across cross-functional teams.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple drawing requests and meet strict project deadlines.
