Job Description
- Create visual designs and graphics for print or digital media and websites
- Provide creative ideas as per company's requirements
•Key Responsibilities:•
• Create photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs of real estate projects (interiors, exteriors, and landscapes).
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts to produce accurate visual representations.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to understand project scope and visual requirements.
• Develop textures, lighting, and material setups to enhance realism.
• Maintain an organized library of visual assets and ensure consistency across projects.
• Work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated with industry trends and rendering techniques.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity for real-time rendering.
• Experience with VR/AR applications in real estate marketing.
•Qualifications:•
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in the real estate or architectural sector.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or similar.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of architectural details, materials, lighting, and composition.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D work is required.
