2D/3D Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated 2D/3D CAD Designer with hands-on experience in sheet metal design. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating precise drawings and 2d&3D models, supporting production requirements, and ensuring design accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software ( AutoCAD, etc.)

• Design and develop sheet metal parts and assemblies

• Prepare fabrication drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and material details

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure design feasibility

• Revise and update designs as per project requirements

• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions

• Ensure designs comply with quality and manufacturing standards

Required Skills

• Strong experience in sheet metal design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD tools

• Knowledge of sheet metal processes (bending, cutting, forming)

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Basic knowledge of GD&T

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualification

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fabrication/manufacturing industry

• Knowledge of CNC, laser cutting, or press brake operations

• Familiarity with BOM preparation

• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
