Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Travel Sales Professional responsible for acquiring new corporate clients for travel management services. The candidate will drive revenue growth by offering customized corporate travel solutions including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa services, travel insurance, and MICE services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and acquire new corporate clients for travel management services.
· Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and market research.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
· Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Maintain client database and sales reports.
· Conduct client meetings and presentations.
· Upsell additional services like travel insurance, visa assistance, and MICE.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Travel Sales / B2B Travel Sales.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of airline policies, fare structures, and corporate travel needs.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
· Good networking and relationship-building skills.
