Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive (B2B) to expand our network of travel agents and corporate partners. The role focuses on business development through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and strong relationship management within the travel trade.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to build a strong B2B network.
• Conduct daily visits to travel agents, corporate clients, and potential partners to generate business.
• Promote and sell international & domestic holiday packages, MICE services, and travel solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide partners with product updates, offers, and promotional support.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with the management team.
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2–5 Years in B2B Sales (preferably in Travel & Tourism industry).
• Industry Exposure: Strong network with travel agents and corporate clients is an advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of travel products, ticketing, MICE, and destination knowledge
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development.
