🔹 Job Summary:

The role involves managing travel requirements of corporate and institutional clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel bookings and ensuring smooth coordination with clients.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic & international air ticket bookings independently
Manage client queries via phone, email, and in person
Coordinate with clients for travel requirements and provide suitable options
Ensure timely booking, cancellations, and modifications
Maintain accuracy in reservations and documentation

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of CRS (Computerized Reservation System) – Galileo
Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Basic knowledge of fare rules and ticketing procedures
