Tour Package Sales Executive

We are looking for a Tour Package Sales Executive to join our team at Amazing India Routes Tour. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and walk-in visits.

Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.

Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

Coordinate flight reservations, hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing tours, and other travel-related services.

Provide accurate information regarding destinations, visa requirements, travel documentation,insurance, and travel guidelines.

Prepare quotations, invoices, booking confirmations, and travel vouchers.

Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain customer records and booking details in the company database.

Resolve customer concerns and provide pre-travel and post-travel support..

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Stay updated on travel trends, destination knowledge, and promotional offers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Knowledge of domestic and international travel operations and holiday packages.

Familiarity with travel booking procedures and customer service standards.
