This role focuses on building strong institutional relationships, driving revenue through campus initiatives, and executing impactful on-ground activations. Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building ● Identify and connect with medical colleges, student bodies, and key stakeholders across assigned regions. ● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of campus ambassadors and student influencers. ● Onboard and nurture relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement and advocacy. 2. Revenue & Target Achievement ● Drive revenue through ambassador-led referrals, campus campaigns, and direct business development efforts. ● Own and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with PrepLadder’s goals. ● Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize conversions and ROI. 3. College Visits & GTM Activations ● Plan and execute on-ground college visits, demo sessions, and orientation programs. ● Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to medical students. ● Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and drive student acquisition in assigned territories.
