Job Overview :

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives / Field Business Development to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with business owners, promoting Justdial’s advertising solutions, and converting free listings into paid and premium listings.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to non-pitched and non-converted business prospects

  • Generate qualified appointments for Marketing Executives

  • Convince businesses listed under free listings to register and advertise with Justdial

  • Educate customers about Justdial products, features, and business benefits

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions

  • Convert Free Listings into Paid and Premium Paid Listings

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion metrics consistently


Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong convincing, persuasion, and negotiation abilities

  • Good understanding of customer needs and sales techniques

  • Knowledge of ROI and value-based selling
