We are looking for a confident and result-driven Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining our products and services, and generating sales or service appointments.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.

Generate leads and fix appointments for service or sales.

Follow up with customers and maintain records in the system.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.

Basic computer knowledge.

Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage.
