Telecalling Executive

Job Scope

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting employers / business owners, explaining KEG HR Services, and fixing appointments or generating confirmed leads for our compliance and HR services such as:

• EPF / ESI Compliance

• Payroll & Labour Compliance

• Factory / Shops Act Licenses

• HR Support & Statutory Services

This role is target-oriented with high earning potential through incentives.

🧾 Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to employers, factories, shops & establishments

• Introduce KEG HR Services clearly and professionally

• Understand client requirements and generate service interest

• Fix appointments / confirmed leads for management follow-up

• Maintain daily call & lead report

• Follow up with interested prospects

• Achieve daily and monthly appointment targets

  Performance Expectations

  • Minimum 10–15 quality conversations per day

  • Generate confirmed appointments / service leads

  • Maintain professional communication & discipline

  • Continuous improvement in conversion efficiency

  💰 Salary & Incentive Structure

  ✅ Fixed Salary:

  • As per experience (₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month)

  ✅ Incentives (Attractive & Transparent):

  • ₹100 per confirmed appointment / valid service lead

  • No limit on incentives

  • Example:

    • 50 appointments = ₹5,000 incentive

    • 100 appointments = ₹10,000 incentive

    • 200 appointments = ₹20,000 incentive

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
